For several decades, UltraBuilders LLC has specialized in crafting custom mountain homes and high-end renovations throughout Telluride and the surrounding region, and has become the premier spec home builder in Telluride and Mountain Village.

As a family owned and operated firm, whose roots run deep in the community, we are proud to call Telluride home. It is why our subcontractors pick up the phone, why we know which sites will fight the excavator, and why we are still reachable after the certificate of occupancy is signed.

Most of our owners are not in town full time. We build so that the house is finished properly whether or not anyone is standing on site, and we document it so that the next person to service it knows exactly what is behind the wall.

Let’s Build Your Escape.

Tell us about the site, the scope and the season you want to be in the house. We come back with a realistic budget range and a schedule you can read.

What to have ready

  • The lot or the address of the house
  • Your architect or drawings, if you have them
  • A rough size and scope
  • The season you want to be in the house

None of it needs to be final. A rough idea is enough for a first conversation.
