Peaks Resort, Unit 617 · Mountain Village, Colorado
All projects →A deck and door remodel at the Peaks Resort in Mountain Village. The original decking came up, the deck was regraded, waterproofed and given a new drain layout, then finished in new deck tile; the second phase replaced the sliding glass doors and the folding doors that open onto the deck.

How owners follow along
Every Visit, Every Photograph, One Private Page
Most of our owners live out of state. Each time we are on site we photograph the work and file it by the day it was taken, on a private build log we send only to the owner. The frames above are a few from that log.
